Our full range is manufactured in accordance with the SEMA (Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association) Code of Practice for The Design of Static Cantilever Racking and/or FEM 10-2-09 and/or BS5950 Part 5 and/or BS EN1993-1-3 (Eurocode 3).

1. What types of cantilever racking do you offer?

We specialise in a wide range of systems, including conventional, free path, narrow aisle, single sided and double sided (internal or external) cantilever racking.

2. What materials can be stored on these systems?

Our racks are designed for long, bulky or awkward items such as timber, steel/iron bars, pipes, panel products (MDF, plywood), furniture components, steel sheets, concrete lintels, plasterboard and more.

3. What are the technical specifications of your racking?

• Column height: standard up to 6m, bespoke up to 12m
• Arm lengths: 600 mm, 1 000 mm, 1 220mm (up to 2 400mm bespoke)
• Arm load capacity: 500kg @ 600mm up to 3000 kg @ 2 400mm
• Column pitches in 75mm increments
• Finish options: powder coated for internal use or hot dip galvanised for external use

4. Are your racking systems compliant with industry standards?

Yes — all systems are fully compliant with SEMA Code of Practice, FEM 10 2 09, BS5950 Part 5 and Eurocode 3 (BS EN1993 1 3)

5. Can I get help with delivery, installation, and maintenance?

Absolutely. We offer nationwide delivery and offer both flat packed delivery (for self-assembly) and professional installation via SEIRS-registered installers. Ongoing maintenance and inspection services are also available.

6. What is the difference between Premium and Entry-Level racking?

Premium systems are heavy-duty, durable with full compliance and ideal for industrial use (internal or external). Entry-Level systems provide solid performance at a lower cost, suitable for light to medium-duty environments.

7. Can I get a bespoke system tailored to my needs?

Yes — we offer custom designs, sizing and finishes to suit your requirements. Our team can provide CAD layouts, design consultation, bespoke colours, and tailored systems.

8. Which handling methods are compatible with your racking?

Our systems are suitable for guided-rail trucks, remote forklifts and overhead cranes.

9. Is your external racking weather-resistant and low maintenance?

Yes — our external (galvanised) systems are built to withstand rain, wind, UV exposure with minimal upkeep.
